Refund

We offer a full 100% money-back guarantee for all of our products and services. If you’re not happy with our work, simply let us know and we’ll gladly refund your payment.

In the case of hardware purchases, we’ll either work with our vendors for a return or gladly accept whatever you purchased from us and charge a nominal restocking fee.

You need to request your refund within 30 days of your invoice due date. For services with recurring monthly or annual billing, we’re happy to offer a prorated refund.

Account information is never sold or given to any third parties, and is solely used for the internal operations of communications with customers for purposes of billing, support, and notifications.

All customer information is stored in encrypted form on dedicated database servers.  In short, that’s a fancy way of saying even in the rare event our servers are compromised, a hacker still wouldn’t have access to your sensitive customer information.
