Work “As Needed”

  • A quote will be sent to you for your approval along with a timeline for your request to be completed
  • If we exceed the time on the quote, you don’t pay anything past the quoted time
  • If we spend less time than quoted, you pay only for time used
  • 100% GUARANTEE – If we don’t fix your problem, you don’t get a bill
  • $175/hour

Prepaid support

  • Labor will be prorated to the minute and deducted from your account balance
  • Prepaid balance expires after six months
  • We do require a 1-hour FREE on-site technology consultation prior to selling you prepaid support.  We want to meet you and your staff, see your facility, and have a firm understanding of your systems before working with you.
  • 100% GUARANTEE – If we don’t fix your problem, you don’t get a bill
  • $500 for a 4-hour block ($125/hr)

Monthly Service Plan

  • No contract term
  • Support 6am-8pm Mon-Fri, best-effort support nights and weekends
  • Immediate response time*
  • Guaranteed fix within 24 hours**
  • Covers anti-virus on all computers
  • Covers offsite backup service
  • Covers any technology questions/concerns/problems (PCs, Macs, laptops, network, wifi, internet, SmartTV, Android, iPad, iPhone, etc.)

  • Monthly two-hour (or less) meeting at your location with your service technician

* An immediate/live response time is always our goal.  In the event we’re unavailable because we’re tied up with other customers, we guarantee we will reply to your text, email, voicemail or ticket within 15 minutes during support hours.

** Applies to non-hardware related issues.  We don’t stock every piece of equipment you might need to have replaced.  We do, however, suggest you have backup equipment at your location for any single points-of-failure.

*** Typical phone behaviors expected.  Use of automated dialers or out-of-the-ordinary small business phone usage will be billed at a rate determined by your needs.  (Under 1% of our customers have any excess fees)
